2023 featured a return to the more muted and dark hardwood looks of decades past. However, in 2024, we expect to see more and more homeowners opting for more natural wood colors and finishes.
With these natural hardwood colors and looks, we also expect to see longer, wider hardwood planks in the home to emphasize space and serve as a means of broadening each room. Much in the same vein of natural tones and looks ascending in hardwood popularity in 2024, wood-look engineered hardwood flooring, too, should expect a return to the simpler and more natural colors/looks.
