Here are some helpful hints to help keep your laminate looking new for years to come:
Sweep, dust, mop or vacuum regularly, at least once weekly
An occasional damp-mopping is also recommended
Place walk-off mats or area rugs at each entryway to collect dirt
Cover all furniture and table legs with protective guards to avoid scratches
Avoid abrasive floor cleaners, steel wool, scouring powder, soap-based detergents and mop-and-shine products at all costs
Never attempt to sand or refinish your laminate floors
